The Bulls lost their unbeaten away run, that had stretched back to New Years Day, this afternoon in a drab game at Haig Avenue where the hosts somehow managed to secure a 1-0 win.

Hereford had chances to win the game with efforts from Kyle Finn and James Waite just after the half-time interval.

Indeed, the very least the Bulls should have come home with was a point, but Tommy O’Sullivan blazed a penalty over the cross-bar before the Sandgrounders held out for victory.
