Supporters and shareholders will, from Saturday 19 November onwards, get their first opportunity of reading Hereford FC’s annual accounts for the year ended 31 May 2016.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on the evening of Wednesday, 14 December.
Shareholder Information Packs and the notice of the AGM are set to be posted out to shareholders this Friday, for delivery on Saturday onwards.
The club have stated the Notice of AGM, together with a covering letter and Chairman’s Report, plus the AGM Minutes from 2015, and the Accounts for the period to May 31st 2016, are to be posted onto the clubs official website this Saturday morning.
