The Annual General Meeting of the Hereford United Supporters’ Society Ltd (known as the Hereford United Supporters’ Trust) will be held at 7pm on Thursday October 11th at Radfords, Edgar Street Athletic Ground Hereford HR4 9JU.

Notice of Elections

The Trust Board may consist of up to nine elected directors. There are currently six serving elected directors. Two serving directors will step down at the AGM as required by the current Trust rules. There will, therefore, be five vacancies on the Trust Board.  Members interested in standing can download a Candidate Information Pack and Nomination form from the Trust website http://www.hufctrust.co.uk/candidatepack2018/ or request a copy from the Secretary.

The Nomination Form must be completed and returned (with the candidate’s statement) to the Election Management Group by 12:00 noon September 6th.

Nomination forms should be returned to Neil Le Milliere who is acting as the independent person on the Election Management Group. Full details of the nomination process can be found in the Candidate Information Pack.Should there be five or less candidates for the vacancies, there will not be a formal ballot of members but instead those people validly nominated will be put to the Annual General Meeting for an affirmative vote.

Call for Resolutions

In addition to any resolutions that will be put forward by the Trust Board, members can submit their own resolutions to the meeting. Such a resolution must be submitted (in accordance with Rule 26 of the Society) to the Secretary by 12:00 noon September 13th.
