Hereford Football Club ended the season as the 9th best supported team in non-league football.
The Bulls average home attendance was 2,367 and compares favourably against the majority of clubs a division higher in the National League.
Leyton Orient’s attendances soared as they stepped up their successful bid to get back into the Football League. Indeed, gates averaged over 5,400 at Brisbane Road over the course of the season.
Only Stockport County (3,997) and York City (2,501) saw average attendances in the National League North higher than Hereford.
Average attendances at Edgar Street held up well despite a traumatic and turbulent campaign in the Vanarama National League North, with gates down by just over 7%.
However, supporters are now looking to the club to re-energise the fan base with a busy close season in the transfer market a priority.
