14th February 1972: West Ham United players Geoff Hurst and Billy Bonds turn to look behind them as they make a wall for a free kick during the fourth round FA Cup replay against Hereford at Upton Park. Non-league Hereford had beaten First Division Newcastle in the third round, and much interest was focussed on the match against West Ham. Hereford managed to hold West Ham 0-0 at home, but lost 3-0 in London.
