The Hereford head coach Marc Richards focused on plenty of positives following the Bulls’ creditable 2-2 home draw against League Two opponents Cheltenham Town at Edgar Street.

Hereford more than matched their opposition across the pitch and could easily have secured a win with excellent chances falling to both Rowan Liburd and Reece Styche which went close. Indeed a rasping, curling drive from Styche was a highlight as his effort thundered against the Cheltenham upright in the second half.

Richards thought this was his sides best performance of the pre-season build up so far.
