The ‘Stadium Music Festival’ is to take place at Edgar Street on the Bank Holiday weekend of Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of May this year.

Over 30 acts are promised, some of which are being described as “the biggest brands and names in Live Music”.

The two-day festival has been announced after lengthy “discussions with the promoters, Herefordshire Council, local businesses and sponsors”.

Hereford FC General Manager, James Watts, is delighted the Stadium Music Festival has been given the go-ahead.

“The two-day event will provide a weekend of entertainment for people of all ages whilst underlining how important the community is to Hereford FC”, he said.

It is understood many of the acts on Saturday will be “tribute bands” with Sunday being designed for DJs across an eclectic mix of music.

HFC promise further information regarding the bands, groups and artists shortly, with tickets going on-sale as early as this Friday.

Tickets will be available through Skiddle from noon on Friday 1st March.
