The new Hereford FC chairman Andrew Graham will be holding a “Question and Answer” style session at the club on Friday 28 June.
It is hoped supporters will take up the offer of meeting both the new chairman, and the club’s directors, in addition to posing substantive questions.
The event will take place in Radford’s Bar with a 7:30pm start.
Doors will open at 6:30pm, with season tickets available to purchase before the Q&A session gets underway as the club shop is remaining open until 7pm on Friday night.
Supporters can attend the event on a free of charge basis, although a collection will also be held to raise money for the Hereford FC Academy.
For those fans unable to get to Edgar Street on Friday, there will be a live video stream via the clubs official Facebook page, and Radio Hereford FC will broadcast the event LIVE.
