Ben Pollock rose high above the Westfields defence to score his first goal for Hereford in the Bulls comfortable 3-1 win at Allpay Park.

It’s taken the versatile player a considerable time in which to score for Hereford, but he was delighted to have played his part in what was an impressive opening half in the Bulls opening pre-season friendly of the 2021/22 season.

His downward header doubled the Hereford lead as early as the 13th minute as he swooped to score at the near post from a corner.

Pollock is keen to prove he has regained full fitness after an injury hit 12 months.
