The Hereford coach Marc Richards was delighted with the weekend mini tour to Devon.

In the final match against hosts Bideford the Bulls secured a 2-1 victory, but aspects of the display showed there is still progress to be made.

Richards said, “I thought the second half was better than the first in terms of the performance and we’re not quite where we need to be in spells of the game. So, still a bit of work to do in the two and a half weeks to the start of the season. but there are positive signs. As a weekend overall, it’s been brilliant”.
