The Hereford manager Russell Slade was pleased after his side picked up the three points in a narrow 1-0 win over Kettering Town at Edgar Street.

However, he stressed that his squad have plenty of work to do as they seek to improve and progress towards the divisional play-off positions.

Slade acknowledged the impact Jordan Nicholson made throughout the match, deservedly winning the man of the match award.
